This approach has consistently brought together teams that have traditional y conflicted and brought a level of accountability and participation rarely seen on project teams.  Implementing collaborative timeline software that turned timelines from something the project manager owns and controls into something that the team owns, expanding participation and accountability.  Created and presented lunch and learn session Passing the PMP for 15 attendees o Feedback received indicated that attendees found the PMP less daunting and better understood what to expect from the exam.
