Designed, developed and implemented a distributed processing system (cloud) for delivering tens of thousands of prescheduled reminder calls for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District’s Spare the Air Campaign.
Created a client server portal to facilitate and track the transfer of data from Android phones to be used for insurance companies and other community and socially based applications.
Stream lined and automated the processing and delivering reports via email, including internal

Pioneered the Beacon Technologies National Patient Satisfaction Survey Programs first using touch-tone phones then later on the Web by implementing reusable templates to expedite modifications to the question sets. Providing service for thousands of patients and data to dozens of hospitals & clinics.
