ACP develops customer service applications and advertising promotions using a variety of delivery systems: telephone, VoIP, SMS, text, email & web. ACP tracks and manages al of the metrics related to these campaigns to provide actionable data that address specific business needs.
Designed, developed and implemented a distributed processing system (cloud) for delivering tens of thousands of prescheduled reminder calls for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District’s Spare the Air Campaign. Created a client server portal to facilitate and track the transfer of data from Android phones to be used for insurance companies and other community and socially based applications.
Stream lined and automated the processing and delivering reports via email, including internal system monitoring reports al owing for the reduction of operations staff needs by 30%. Added various MIME type capabilities for bulk email promotions sending hundreds of emails each day.
Lead Software Engineer, Automated Call Processing, San Francisco, CA. 1990 – 1996
As Lead Software Engineer I provide software design and development for computer telephone integration and client-server solutions. I review al project plans and designs to facilitate progress of time lines and ensure successful achievement of business goals Designed, developed and implemented numerous high volume interactive voice response programs for many Proctor & Gamble products like Old Spice, Olay & Actonel. Some additional applications include order entry for Pillsbury Bakeoff, market research for Krups and Thermacare, retail locator for JCPenneys and Simmons, as wel as Superbowl promotions for Coors & Pepsi answering nearly a million cal s during the halftime program.
Pioneered the Beacon Technologies National Patient Satisfaction Survey Programs first using touch-tone phones then later on the Web by implementing reusable templates to expedite modifications to the question sets. Providing service for thousands of patients and data to dozens of hospitals & clinics.
Created a mechanism for telephone cal s to be initiated by clicking on a link from web pages also know as “Cal Me” buttons by tunneling cal requests though a secure web portal.


Selected sites, instal ed equipment and networks and provided support for ten processing centers across the United States, prior to the “nationalization” of the toll free phone systems.
