PRODUCT GUIDE FOR NOVAPOL
Spirit-Based Liquid Wax Polish
ƒ 'NOVAPOL' is a blend of waxes in refined spirit. It has been formulated to provide a hard-wearing,
lustrous film and to give maximum resistance to dirt and scuff marks. Specially blended for use in heavy traffic areas, 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax cleans and polishes in one operation. It is easy to apply - by mop, applicator or heated sprayer. 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax is extremely economical; a little goes a long way. Because of its content of high quality waxes, with regular use your floors can be kept in top condition, bright and attractive. 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax is ideal for use with modern machine maintenance techniques or may be used where no machine is available.
Recommended Uses

For use on wood, wood composition, cork, magnesite and linoleum floors. It also cleans and protects
wooden furniture, panelled walls and woodwork.
Coverage
200 square metres per 5 litres for one coat.

Directions for Use

Initial Treatment
Prior to applying 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax ensure that the surface is thoroughly clean and dry. New wood or cork may be treated with 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax. However, for best results they should be sanded. Floors which have been previously waxed may be cleaned with 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax and a nylon pad under a floor machine. Badly soiled floors or floors with heavy deposits of old wax should be cleaned with RENOVA' Solvent Cleanser/ Renovator or with 'NOVASOLVE' Heavy Duty Wax Remover. Shake 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax well. (If it has become too thick, allow it to stand in a warm room but DO NOT expose to direct heat). Pour it into a clean mop bucket or tray. Dip a clean dry mop, cloth or applicator into the liquid and wring out excess polish. Apply 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax sparingly and evenly and allow it to dry. Do not walk over floor while polish is drying. Burnish with a floor machine, clean mop or cloth. A further coat may be applied as required following the above procedure.
Further Maintenance
Sweep floor to remove dust and litter. Burnish with a floor machine, clean mop or cloth. Any bad spots or
marks can be easily removed using a mop or cloth dampened with 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax. From time to
time, 'NOVAPOL' Liquid Wax should be used to clean and polish the surface as above, all in one operation.
