Duncan joined Insight Investment in October 2003 as managing director of
the property division, overseeing the management of more than £4.5 billion
of UK commercial and residential property assets and setting strategy for the
division’s growth. Previously, he was a founding partner of specialist boutique,
Gatehouse Investment Management, being instrumental in establishing and
managing the Westbury Property Fund and Lunar Partnership. His career
has also included being a partner at Jones Lang Wootton and a director at
LaSalle Investment Management. Duncan has studied at Insead Business School
and is an FSA approved person and a Member of the Royal Institution of
Funds: Westbury PF, Lunar Partnership, St. James’s Place, Equitable Life
Alan joined Insight Investment in September 1991. He is currently responsible
for the main £2.5bn life fund managed by Insight on behalf of Clerical Medical.
His previous experience – spanning more than 22 years – was gained at Telford
Development Corporation, ESN and The Carroll Group. Alan is a Member of the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of the Investment
Funds: Clerical Medical (With Profits, Unitised, Pooled), Halifax Life and
Phillip joined the property team at Insight Investment as head of external
funds in October 2003 with responsibility for developing new external fund
opportunities. He has more than 20 years’ industry experience including being
a founding partner at Gatehouse Investment Management. Prior to this he was
an international director at LaSalle Investment Management, having started
his career at JLW Finance. Philip is an FSA approved person and a Fellow of the
Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Stephen joined Insight Investment in 1974 and currently specialises in retail
shopping centre investments. During his career at Insight he has gained

types of property throughout the UK. He began his career in the investment
department of Keith Cardale Groves. Stephen is a Fellow of the Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors and a holder of a Diploma in Property Investment from

Joanna joined Insight Investment in November 2003 and is currently an
associate director focusing on high street retail properties and leisure
investments. She started her career at GVA Grimley where she worked for

of property acquisition, disposal and development across a wide variety
of sectors and markets. Joanna is a Member of Royal Institution of

Sasha joined Insight Investment in September 2001 and is currently supporting
the retail sector team. She started her career as a portfolio assistant soon

Geoff joined Insight Investment in 2001 following its acquisition of the operating
assets of the Equitable Life Assurance Society (ELAS). He is currently responsible

for investment decisions concerning office space in central London. Geoff had
worked at ELAS since 1978, latterly as deputy chief surveyor, gaining extensive
experience of property investment and development. Geoff started his career
as a general practice surveyor at King and Co. (now King Sturge) and is a Fellow
of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
David joined Insight Investment in 2001 following its acquisition of the
operating assets of the Equitable Life Assurance Society (ELAS). His investment

management career spans 16 years, including 13 years at ELAS where he was
a fund manager specialising in industrial units, high street shops and provincial
offices. Prior to this he worked at Equity and Law, having originally trained
at Gerald Eve & Partners. David is a Member of the Royal Institution of
Dean joined Insight Investment in April 2003. He is currently part of the
office sector team focusing primarily on South East offices but with a remit
that also includes residential property. Prior to joining Insight, he spent two

funds. He started his career as a surveyor at Browett Taylor and Co. and then
at Allsop and Co., after which he moved into fund management. Dean is a
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Suzie joined the property team at Insight Investment in June 2003, shortly
after completing a postgraduate degree in Property Valuation and Law.

She is an assistant fund manager specialising in office and indirect property
investments, development and management. Her first role was as a portfolio
assistant, before being promoted to assistant fund manager in October 2003.
Suzie is currently awaiting accreditation from The Royal Institution of
Chartered Surveyors (due in November 2005).
Adrian joined Insight Investment in 2001 following its acquisition of the
operating assets of the Equitable Life Assurance Society (ELAS) and is currently
responsible for indirect investments. He has almost 20 years’ experience in the
property field, including more than 15 in investment management. He worked
in the investment department at Knight Frank and Rutley before joining ELAS.
Adrian is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was one
of the first holders of the Diploma in Property Investment from the Investment
Property Forum of which he is a member.
John joined Insight Investment in 2001. He currently leads a team focusing
on investment in the industrial property sector. He has more than 25 years’
experience in property investment markets, with a career that has included
significant periods at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership, Hill Samuel
Asset Management, 3i plc and Exel plc. John is an FSA approved person,
a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a member of
Richard joined Insight Investment in 1990 and is part of the industrial sector
team focusing on distribution and warehousing. During his time at Insight
he has also managed a number of specialist pension funds. He started his

with Henderson Global Investors. Gordon is a Fellow of the Royal Institution
Mark joined Insight Investment in October 2003 and has extensive experience
in developing investment processes and formulating portfolio strategy
having held similar positions at Gatehouse Investment Management,

is formulating top down investment strategy and controlling portfolio risk.
He is an economist by training having gained his first degree at UC Swansea
before completing a second degree in Property Investment at City University.
Sheyne joined Insight Investment in August 2001. His main focus is to provide
a reliable, professional support so that informed decisions can be made
rapidly to maximise sector and fund performance. He is responsible for FSA
compliance, training, budgeting and change projects. Sheyne has extensive
experience in change and project management and operations planning and
support having previously managed projects at IBM, BP, JP Morgan Chase and
been Practice Director at Spherion Technology Services. Sheyne is PRINCE 2
certified and holds a Diploma in Business Management from the Damelin
